Shed Athletics is 3000 square feet of space dedicated to baseball and softball training. From the plush turf to the sport-specific exercise equipment this facility is clearly geared for one purpose... to give each young player the opportunity to improve.

HitTrax is the premier system to measure multiple parameters for baseball and softball players. Pitch velocity and movement, batted ball exit velocity, launch angle, catcher's pop time are a few of the items we will be able to monitor.

ABOUT THE FACILITY
Net-enclosed turf area can be transformed from two 12x80 pitching lanes to one open 24x80 area suitlable for fielding batted ground balls or hitting off of the state of the art ATEC PRO pitching machine.
New 70 inch TV with Apple TV to wirelessly perform slow motion video analysis.
Batting tees and L-screens are availble to facilitate training. Pitching mounds for baseball and softball are also provided.
Separate training area for resistance band training, battling ropes, core exercises, rotator cuff work, weighted balls and slam balls are available.
INDIVIDUAL LESSONS
Instructors with special interest in developing baseball and softball players will participate in individual or small group lessons at Shed Athletics. When slots become available information will be disseminated via email, text, Twitter and/or advertisements in local newspapers.

The turf and exercise area are available for rent by the hour.
Cage Rental $25 per hour
